I pay a technology fee to my leasing office. Do I still need to subscribe?
Even if service is billed by or included at your community, you still need to subscribe to activate your STELLAR Broadband services.
Online Portal Access
Once you subscribe for service, we create an easy-to-use online portal where you can manage your Stellar services. Here you can:
- Submit and monitor support requests
- Renew/Transfer/Cancel services
- Monitor your bandwidth usage
- View support videos and instructions
We need to know:
- Your location information for service activation
- Contact information for service notifications and troubleshooting
- Package selection
- What TV equipment or upgraded programming you’d like, if applicable
- Payment information for our one-time activation fee and/or equipment upgrades/add-on’s
- Internet activation date and equipment delivery or pick-up date
