To access your service, you are required to create a Stellar broadband account and subscribe for service.
Connect to the WiFi network/SSID Stellar Broadband Sign Up or visit GetStellarNow.com to begin subscription. *This network does not provide internet access, and is intended only for initial subscription of services.
Follow the on-screen prompts to select your community's base package along with any additional add-ons. *Your cart and cart summary will detail exact monthly and one-time charges as well as who you're billed by. If billed by your community, the monthly fee will be paid through rent.
Finalize your order by signing documents, selecting the date you want your Internet activated and choosing an available option to obtain your equipment. This step also includes payment information one-time activation fee, if applicable.
Once you've completed your order and have received notification that services are activated, you can connect to the internet. See back for connection options.
