Who do I pay? Stellar or leasing office?

*Who you pay for service will be displayed when selecting your community during the subscription process. Cart and cart summary will outline any one-time fees for account set-up, any reoccurring monthly charges and who they are billed by (Stellar Broadband, your leasing office, DIRECTV) before submitting your order.

If you signed a technology addendum when signing your lease:

A technology addendum means that you are required to pay the monthly technology fee set by your property to your leasing office each month in order to receive active Stellar Broadband services. Failure of payment to your leasing office will affect service. Note: If service is shut off due to non-payment, reactivation will be dependent on confirmation from your leasing office that the technology has been paid.

If you do not pay a monthly technology fee to your leasing office and Stellar Broadband has not been provided as a free amenity:

The cost for service is billed monthly by Stellar Broadband and the monthly fee is determined by your selections when you subscribed for service. Payment can be made through your Stellar Broadband portal account. Autobill pay is also available for selection in the billing tab of your portal account. Note: If service is shut off due to non-payment, reactivation will be dependent on confirmation from your leasing office that the technology has been paid.
