Troubleshooting
Wireless: First verify your connection works over a direct wall (wired) connection, then enable Wi-Fi and connect to your router's network. If wired works but wireless doesn't, contact support.
Windows 10/8/7/Vista: Press Start+R, type ncpa.cpl, right-click
your local area connection → Properties. Verify "Client for Microsoft Networks" and "Internet
Protocol Version 4" are checked (uncheck IPv6 if present). Double-click IPv4, ensure IP and DNS are
set to automatic, click OK, then reboot.
macOS: Finder → Applications → System Preferences → Network → Ethernet Connection, make sure it's configured for DHCP, then click Apply.
