Cancel My Service


STELLAR:

  1. In the left navigation bar, select My Account, then select Cancel.
  2. Select the date you wish to cancel service.
  3. Follow instructions and submit your cancellation order.
 

DIRECTV:

Note: Premium Receivers (HD-DVR, Genie, Genie Mini) include a 12-month agreement and are subject to early termination fee of $20 for each remaining month.

To cancel DIRECTV completely, you can:

1 Cancel your DIRECTV service on your STELLAR My account. Then, return your DIRECTV equipment by taking to your nearest UPS store or FedEx. (see below for details)

To move DIRECTV to your new address:

2 You can move DIRECTV to your next address using the Mover's Program even if it's not a location serviced by STELLAR. Simply call DIRECV at:

Once your DIRECTV account is cancelled, returning your equipment is easy!

Bring all of your DIRECTV equipment unboxed to a UPS Store or FedEx (excluding FedEx Express) with your DIRECTV account number. UPS or Fedex will box up your equipment, print off a return receipt and that's it! You are all set! See below for common locations:
